I am suffering from hair confusion. For those who have never experienced this, it is when your hair naturally parts one way (for me, on the right) and the hair stylist decides to cut it to part the other way (on the left). So now my hair doesn’t know what it wants to do. It still WANTS to part on the right, but since it isn’t cut that way, I have to try to make it go left. It works for about an hour, maybe, then my hair gives up and just lays there in confusion.
One day the back half of the part was on the right and the front half was on the left. It will still part in the middle too, but it doesn’t look good that way either. I don’t know, I think it deserves a ponytail so it doesn’t have to try to fit into a mold that it wasn’t supposed too. I mean, I don’t want to stress my hair out, right?
One good thing about hair is that it grows.

I empathize — just had some hair trauma recently. My hair stylist always parts my hair on the side when I part it down the middle. That’s what I always say — hair grows back!
Ah well, such is life. I guess we need to change. ha. I hope it grows back fast for both of us. lol
Hair confusion. That’s funny. Poor hair. Whatever will it do?! It seems like whenever I go to get my hair cut, the stylist always wants to part it on the other side, you know the wrong side. 🙂

I am so picking up what you are putting down! I finally learned to stop the madness once I noticed the comb happening that didn’t work the way my combing happened. Stop trying to change my part lady! It has been driving the hair show for years!
It can me annoying! or funny depending on the circumstance. I start out the day looking one way and come home looking another.
That’s the good thing about us, too. We grow, even when it means outgrowing that which does not serve us.
I had cut down my hair a month ago ,but i think it doesn’t look good,now ,i hope it could grow fast,so when the new year come ,i could make a beautiful hair style.
Ahh—hate when this happens. I always have to part my hair on the right.
